Being outside in nature is good for our well-being! This means we should take time every day, even if it’s just 15 minutes or so, to go out into natural light. And don’t forget about being inside while looking at windowsills full of plants!

We’re all guilty of spending too much time on screens – but not only does staring at these devices make us feel bad because they emit blue light which makes people more tired when working late hours (think about how bright your laptop screen looks!)

The benefits of a snow name are not limited to the winter months. In fact, they can be beneficial all year round! The next time you’re feeling down or exhausted, just take 15 minutes out into natural light. And don’t forget about being inside while looking at windowsills full of plants!

If your country is lucky enough to have long and cold winters (Canada for example), it’s likely that many people in your native culture will also have “snow names” as part of their given name. For those who may need some help remembering which countries actually do this – Canada does; Norway, Iceland and Finland do too.. So if you live on one these three snowy nations rejoice over every great storm because with each one you are reminded of your special snow name.

Snowflake

There are many nuances in the beauty and complexity that is a snowflake, but there’s also something so simple about its simplicity; it may be just an ice crystal, yet if we look at it from a different angle or with new eyes it can become anything! It can represent any person who has ever been hurt by life’s icy blast  which is all of us some time. The more light we shine on our pain (or their pain), the less likely it will remain frozen to the ground. A true “snowflake” knows they’re not alone & understands how beautiful each “crystal” truly is inside out. And when this happens  cuteness is restored to the world! The more dark days we all experience, the brighter our “snowflake” will become.

Since I’m in my twenties and life’s way too short to waste time being unhappy or bored with your life  it doesn’t matter if they could live as long as possible just by having a snow-inspired name (?)! Just think about how special people would feel living their shortened lives happily ever after because of their names; that sounds so gorgeous. People can find joy in anything, even something like how happy they are when it snows outside(?). So keep reading below to learn more about snow names and what they mean.

A snowflake name is often given to babies born during the winter months. This could be because of their beauty, or they might symbolize a new beginning and purity (?). Either way, this can make for some good karma! If your parents had you in December then maybe that’s where I got my love for Christmas trees from(?)!

One challenge with having an alliterative first and middle names is remembering what order they go in when signing autographs; but with snow names, it’s a breeze! You need to be careful though  if you’re given a snow name and end up in the summertime heat of Arizona (?), that could make things real tough for your parents. That might not have been their intention when they were naming you.
