Nutrition and Food Technology is a great field to read for those of you interested in the field. The field is pretty new, so it’s still a mystery to what extent the data is reliable, but it’s going to be very interesting to see the science. Of course, there are a few topics that require some understanding rather than just a huge amount of data.
