When I first started in my career, I had the opportunity to work with a company that was very well-known for its ability to find the best solutions for their customers. AshTree was one of those companies, and I was happy to learn all about the company and how they had helped me succeed and grow.
Since we are a small company there is a chance that your company may be a very small one. Small companies tend to be not only efficient, but to have a lot of resources to work with, and I think this is another reason that the product you are selling may be a small one. So if you are selling a product that is small, you may be selling it for a very small company.
Companies like AshTree tend to be small because they need to be run efficiently. This is good for both companies and employees because it means that they can focus on the product they are selling. Because small companies are typically the ones with the fewest people, they are also the ones who have the easiest time hiring and firing people.
Small companies aren’t necessarily the ones that are the most customer-centric.
