We could not agree more. I think a balanced diet is a must. If there is something that you are missing it should be obvious. If you are hungry, eat. If you are not hungry, eat. If you are eating, go for a run. If you are not eating, just ignore it.

So if you are eating your greens and not eating anything else, your body will not be getting enough energy to fight the process of digesting your food. If you are eating your greens and then you eat a salad, then your body is not getting enough energy to digest your greens.
