When I think of coastal health I think of the sea, the beach, the air, the water, the ocean, and the air. These are the most common ways I think of the coastal health but there are many more. I am a mother of two children and I find that coastal health is something that I am passionate about. I love to take my kids to the beach and to the ocean and I love making homemade crafts like seaweed bags and beach sand art.
