The new series of dallas cowboys paintings are just awesome. They are well worth the price of admission. He has a great eye for color, a creative eye for composition, and great detail. I just wish he could work faster, but I think that is more of a personal preference than anything.
I have to say, I can’t believe I have never noticed this before. This is a really small detail, but I thought it was a really great detail to show. It’s great to see how great Dallas’s oil painting skills are and how his painting techniques actually transfer over to other mediums. I can’t help but feel a little sorry for him because he has no idea how many hours it takes to do these beautiful paintings.
