We recently spoke to the founder of the journal of nutrition, Robert Dietsch, who tells us that this is the natural evolution of what the Academy has been doing for years.

In fact, the more you’ve been going to the gym and the more you’ve been exercising, the more likely you are to have a lower body fat percentage.
It’s not a good thing to have a healthy weight because you’re a good weight.
This study can be seen as an example of the “wisdom of crowds” because it looked at the effects of the lifestyle choices of a group of people who were all equally healthy. It’s not a good thing to be healthy and overweight if youre not exercising. But also, there are so many people out there who are overweight and unhealthy that it makes sense to examine the correlation between lifestyle and health. And it does.
