I grew up in a town of roughly a one hundred people and I went to a local college. This was my freshman year and I was surrounded by technology and science majors (and some other people). This was in the fall of 2007. I remember that I was having fun and just wanted to get through my senior year. I was also a little bit concerned that I might have a little bit more to learn or that I didn’t know as much as I thought I did.
Even though I have a degree in science, and I have a bachelors in science, I still remember my freshman year. I was having a blast, I was doing well in school, and I had no idea what I was doing. I decided to take a year off from the last major I had so I could get my feet wet in the world of science and technology. I think that was in 2009.
You’re probably familiar with the term “senior year” here in Missouri. You’ve probably heard it referred to as a time of transition when you change schools, new jobs, and have to start adjusting to a new lifestyle.
In college I was the new kid, and I didn’t know anyone so it was the perfect time to start doing homework again. It didn’t take me long to start getting into the new school’s culture, and by the end of my sophomore year I was a regular at the party. I made new friends and really made myself part of a new scene, and I made myself part of an area of the school that had a lot of people who worked on the same projects.
In fact, the first day of school is the best day of school ever. You start the day working on your homework and then the next day you start making new friends. You are also introduced to the new clubs, classes, and organizations as you go. It’s pretty sweet.
Yes, the best day of school ever. I’m pretty sure that everyone else thinks I’m going to be out of this world for the rest of the day.
I know I’m just the latest person to make that comment but I think that just says a lot about me. I tend to be a busy person but I don’t really like it. In fact, I can’t really explain why I don’t like it. I prefer to just be a happy person. However, when I’m not busy working I tend to have a lot of time to spend with my family.
As a former college student you might think that being busy is a bad thing. Nowadays you tend to think that being busy is a good thing. The difference between being busy while you are young and being busy when you get older is that when you are young you tend to care less about money. When you are older, you tend to care more about money.
Having money is one of the biggest costs of modern life. It’s not just that you need a lot of it to get a good education. It’s that the financial institutions that pay for college have taken control of more of the world’s economy than they had before. As a result, there has been a huge rise in fees, and that has pushed many students out of their comfort zones and into trying to work to save as much money as they can.
This is true not just in higher education. For instance, I know a lot of people who use an online savings account. They spend a lot of money on it, and it’s a great way to store money, especially if you’re planning on buying a car or something like that.
