I’m very surprised that there aren’t more “clock places” in the US. I can see why these are popular and so I’m glad that the U.S. has some of the best clocks in the world. They’re worth the trip. I’ve been to a few and I can tell you that I’ve never met a Clock Shop there.
The clock shops in San Francisco are the most popular and the most interesting clock places in the world. They are also very crowded, so you may want to take a few extra minutes to stroll around. There are a few clock places that aren’t super touristy but are still worth a visit. I know I did.
I’m sorry, but Im not a fan of clock shops. They can be a little too much of a tourist trap. You may not want to get distracted by the many clocks that are in their display cases. Also, clock shops are not the best places to buy a clock. I mean, you can get them at a Best Buy or Circuit City, but you shouldn’t buy a clock at a clock shop. The clock shops in San Francisco are actually the best ones.
I think the best place to buy a clock in San Francisco is at the Clock Factory. I think the reason why is because they have a wide variety of timepieces and they are super easy to find. Other than that, they also have a few of the best clocks in the city. I just checked and the clock on the top right of their counter is the best in the city.
The Clock Factory, not to be confused with the clock shop, is the only clock shop in San Francisco that sells clocks. It’s the go-to place for those who want an accurate clock. If you want a more casual clock it is located at the Clock Factory in the South of Market neighborhood.
There is a second clock shop in the North of the city and it is a bit more out of the way. The Clock Factory is not the only time clock shop in the city, but it is easily the best. The other clock shops are pretty much interchangeable. I have found a ton of great clocks at other places, but I’ve had the same issues on a lot of them.
