It can be hard to manage all the work and keep the shop going. I was lucky enough to be able to work with a really smart woman who helped me out with the business side, but it can be really hard to find one who will help you grow the business.

If youre a flower shop, you need to run your business like a business, and hire salespeople and staff and hire a salesperson and a staff and hire a salesperson and hire a staff and hire a staff.
And as a small business owner, you should be aware of this first. A customer will come to you after you have successfully sold your flowers. Your salesperson will want to collect a bill from you. A customer will bring a friend to your shop. You will need to find a way to deal with these people, and all of the above needs to be done in order to stay on top of your business and remain profitable.
