small business lawyer near me

I have been a small business lawyer in the San Francisco Bay area for over fifteen years. I am currently the principal and sole owner of a very small, family-owned law firm specializing in business law, general civil litigation, and real estate law. I have an office in San Francisco’s Marina District and I currently serve as an Executive Director of the Marin Association of Legal Professionals. I am a graduate of the University of California Hastings College of the Law.

My job is to try to help people with a variety of legal problems. I advise on business legal issues, but also advise on all aspects of business law for consumers and businesses. I also have an active voice in the San Francisco Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, where I serve as a member of the National Board of Directors and the California Board of Directors.

I am a lawyer, and a small business attorney. I try to bring the best possible legal service to my clients. I also try to give clients the best advice and representation they can get. I do not charge by the hour, but do charge by the case.

Since I practice both law and small business law, I am very familiar with many of the different firms in the Bay Area. I know the services of many of the attorneys, their fees, and what each of them does. I also take care to see that they are not using unnecessary and possibly unethical tactics. You can ask any attorney about the quality of his or her service.

I look for lawyers who are not only competent, but also approachable.I look for someone whose personality fits me. I am not interested in anyone who is a slob, who takes over my time, or who is always on me to do something. I think I can handle all aspects of my clients’ case, and I like dealing with clients who are not always the easiest to deal with, and who are willing to take on a case for a reasonable hourly fee.

We don’t think of ourselves that way. We don’t get out of our own way. We do most of our work in a “legal” way, but that doesn’t mean we don’t take a little extra time to make sure we’re doing everything right. We use our skills and knowledge to our advantage, so we don’t want to spend too much of time doing things we’re not sure we fully understand.

As we told this former employee, we are all about getting things done. You have to be careful though, that’s what we teach our clients. We make a point to make sure we answer any questions you have and not to give you anything that will put you in a position where you will be spending a bunch of extra time for no reason.

So it’s not just that we put all the work into our clients getting things done. It’s also that we take care of those things that can’t be avoided. If they’re urgent, then we’ll be there to serve you, so that you will not have to worry about doing a whole bunch of things that may take hours or even days to do.

We also take care of our clients’ time for you, so that you do not have to do a whole bunch of things that are not urgent. If its important to you then maybe it is important enough to take care of.

So if your business needs urgent attention, and you dont have the time or resources to do it yourself, then maybe you need a lawyer. What I mean by this is that sometimes its all about the legal side of things. If your business is in a bad situation, then the best way to make it go away is to get legal help.
