I am so glad I was able to be a part of the Sofiia Franklyn Finance show on YouTube. Not only did I learn a lot about the business from the lovely Sofiia, but I also got to interview her! The video in itself is a very informative one and a good way to start learning about self-awareness.

For example, you could say to yourself, “I’m aware of where my hands are and I’m aware of my hands’ shape.
