We often ask ourselves why we do things. Why was I so scared to talk to her? Why did I start my own business? And the list goes on. It’s important that we take a moment and think about the reasons behind our actions because it helps us understand ourselves better and set goals for what we want in life. In this blog post, I will be sharing with you 10 of my personal reasons for starting my own business.

Tip: Set Goals
It’s hard to figure out what we want in life if we don’t know how it compares with our goals. For example, I may not really care about being a singer or actress and might be better at something else that would make me happier. So set some goals for yourself! Figure out what you want to do, and then reach those dreams by creating achievable steps every day until they become your reality.
Tip: Ask Yourself Why You Do Things
In order to find the reason behind our actions, try asking yourself why you did things when faced with tough decisions this week (e.g., why did I start my own business?). It helps us understand ourselves better and get more clarity on who we are and what we want in life.
Tip: Focus on What’s Important to You
I have so many thoughts running through my head that it can be hard to focus on the important things, like taking care of myself or making sure I’m being a good friend/parent/etc. Try setting up some boundaries for yourself (e.g., work from home only two days this week) and then you’ll find time to take care of other areas in your life too! It sounds pretty simple but when you’re busy all day long with tasks and responsibilities, focusing is not easy at all! Once you set those boundaries though, it becomes much easier because now there are no external factors distracting us.
