Nell from NCIS LA is an agent who always wears tights.
She has been on the show since its inception, and she’s a favorite among viewers (and producers). Nell is unique in that her character often doesn’t have a lot of screen time but when she does appear on camera, it’s usually in tight clothes. To find out why we spoke to Renee O’Connor who plays the role of Nell.
It’s not just because I love them, says O’Connor with a laugh. I think it has something to do with my character being very active and athletic.
O’Connor is referring to the fact that Nell works out a lot, which can’t be easy in tight clothes. I’ve actually had some injuries while filming because I slip and fall on [the ground] too much, she says.
“It’s not just about my character being active; it has something to do with when you wear tights they’re very form-fitted and they look good!” O’Connor adds enthusiastically. Plus, there are so many repeats of nell wearing tights every day.
Nell is a cool fashionista who always wears tights. She’s the envy of all her friends because she gets to wear tights every day! It doesn’t matter what season it is, Nell never goes without them.
Are tights the best thing ever?
Some people might think that wearing tights in the summertime isn’t so great and they have their reasons for thinking this way but with an outfit like this one from Forever 21 you’ll be set regardless of the temperature outside. The dress has spaghetti straps and just above knee length while being form-fitting on top which leaves room for your legs if you want to show off those shapely calves or hide them away when needed! You can layer up by putting on some cute slouchy boots with it or go for a different look and wear it with some strappy heels.
