Dont afraid to speak
It takes a lot of guts to say something so brave, and the world needs more people like you. We need voices that are not afraid to speak up for what they believe in, even when it’s hard. The world is full of so much hate and negativity we need your voice to balance it out!
I think about what my voice could do to the world and it makes me so excited. I know that you must be feeling the same way, too because this is a blog post about bravery! You don’t have to worry though. We’re all in this together; we’re supporting each other on our journey of becoming brave.
Here are some things that helped me when I felt brave:
Share your thoughts with people who will support them (friends or family)
Write down everything you fear and then take steps toward doing those things anyway even if they seem impossible at first
Hold hands with someone else while taking deep breaths
Walkthrough your fears and remind yourself that you are braver than the fear itself
I hope these ideas help make words feel less scary. Remember, it’s ok to be scared sometimes-but don’t let those feelings keep us from living our lives! That would just take all the bravery out of life. We need brave people like you more than ever in this time. Thank you for being a part of my life journey and I can’t wait to hear about how brave things get for you too!

Here are some photos of me being brave:
This is my favorite picture I’m climbing a rock!
I am hiking on our family’s property in the Rocky Mountains, and it was so much fun even though I got plenty scared at times too.
My brother and sister were taking turns throwing up waterfalls from one side of this big river to the other. It sounded really cool but also kind of scary because what if you miss? We did it with an adult close by holding onto us just in case we fell into the deep water below, thankfully!
