I’ve been using 2mm acrylic blanks for over a decade, and I am still impressed with how well they hold up. Whether I’m painting a small wall or a whole wall of a room, I can use a 2mm acrylic blank and it holds up to the task.
2mm acrylic blanks hold up to painting the best. The paint adheres to the surface and stays put. They can be used to paint a wall, ceiling, or floor, but you will need to use a brush to apply some paint to the blank.
Because 2mm acrylic blanks are so durable, they are sometimes used to paint large surfaces. You might think that these are great for large wall surfaces, but this is not true. Some people like to paint their blank in two-part acrylic because it leaves a nice smooth sheen but I’ve found it to be a waste. The two parts dry unevenly and if you were to apply it to your body you would end up with some weird lines on the back of your head.
It’s possible that if you do this to your blank, you would end up with a weird sheen because you’d be applying it unevenly. I don’t know of a good way to do this that doesn’t just leave you with a weird sheen.
My advice is to buy two different blanks for your blank, and if you want to paint one part of your blank use a paintbrush and paint where you want it, and then use a paintbrush to paint the other part of the blank. The extra time it takes to do this ensures you can do it in two parts more evenly and you can also get a much better sheen with the extra two hours of work.
I dont know that it is the best option, but I think it is possible to go through an entire wall and paint it a different color. I don’t know if it might be a bad idea for you to do this, but I thought that might be a good idea. It might be a bad idea for you to paint the entire wall you do not want to cover with the same paint, but its a good idea to paint the wall you dont want to cover with a different color.
