In this book, Dr. Anderson offers a comprehensive approach to analyzing business law, as well as a wealth of real-life examples that prove the practical application of the principles learned in the book. The book is organized into three sections: the first section covers business law from a general overview, the second section covers business law at the corporate level, and the third section covers business law at the individual level.

As you’d expect, the book is a little dense and a little intimidating at first, but don’t let that scare you off. The book’s approach is accessible and the examples are well-researched.
But, the problem with business books is that they get a little too technical for the average fan of the law. If you havent gotten into a business book before, I recommend taking a look at the 23rd edition of this book. It is the most accessible and best-written edition Ive seen.
The 23rd edition is full of great examples of different business-related topics, including the most important ones that you must know about. The book contains chapters on: business entity, corporations, partnerships, the business of banks, and many others. The book is not only good for the average business-wannabe, but also great for those in business who want to learn more about specific topics.
For those of you who are self-employed but not getting enough hours to read, this book has a full discussion of the 23rd edition. The 23rd edition is a great introduction to business law, including a discussion of the 10 most important topics. But if you are a lawyer-in-training, this book is not for you.
The 23rd edition is more of a reference book than an actual book, but there are a few things that do help to make the book a great read. For one, there are several sections that cover issues like tax, accounting, and intellectual property. But the biggest reason that this book has a solid place in my legal library is because of the discussion on how to make a firm’s legal structure a lot more efficient.
I am a firm believer that every single company has many different legal matters that need to be addressed. Sometimes it’s easier to address that issue in a specific way than to tackle it in general. This book gives a great overview of many legal issues that a firm or law firm may encounter, and how to address each one.
The book is written in a way that anyone can understand. It’s an easy read, not so complicated that a person will feel overwhelmed, and is broken up into 23 chapters and 5 appendices. There are even some videos demonstrating how to do some tasks. But above all, the book is written with the lawyer in mind, to help bring the reader up to speed on the various areas of your law firm.
I can’t possibly recommend this book enough to my law students because it’s easy to understand, clear, and concise. It has a lot of information without being overly complicated. It helps you get a good grasp of the important concepts you may be dealing with, in a way that is both short and easy to understand.
