I was so excited to get my new home painted. First of all, it was my first visit there and I was surprised at how beautiful the home was. A big thanks to the contractors who did the work, and a big thank you to the seller for allowing me to peek at the house before it was torn down.
I had heard that the materials to paint at home were really expensive, so I was surprised to learn that some of this paint was already available at the home store. I don’t know how that happened though, I did tell the listing agent that I needed a “truckload” of paint for the job, but it turns out they did have some in stock and they were available to pick up.
I just picked up a pack of all of that stuff, it even had a coupon of 8.90 for a free can at the dollar store. It was a nice surprise to discover that some of the paint was available at the dollar store.
Since I’m not actually going to be using it, I’m going to buy the pack of 8.90 paint in the name of research and I’m assuming it will be much cheaper than the paint that I actually need. I’m sure it will be a nice addition to my collection.

If you like painting your house, and you have enough time and patience and money, it can be a good idea to paint your house. But remember, if you don’t like it, you can always paint your house.
