I personally like the fact that they also charge by the hour.
At the end of the day, when someone’s asking for a business credentialing company, you can give them a very short list of questions you want answered. If they can answer those questions, they can probably help you. And if they don’t, you can always go to the website and check their policies.
I found a business credentialing company that will answer all of my questions and do a quick online research for me. I’d have to see if their policies are clear and that they are willing to put that information on their website. In this case, I’d like to see what they do for me. If you do, you’ll obviously have to take their services as a compliment.
