I have to admit that I was a little skeptical about this, but I was very pleasantly surprised. It’s been a while since I’ve done any sort of manual stretching, so I decided to give it a try. This is basically what I do when I’m working out: I grab my yoga mat and sit on it, and I stretch my body in a circular motion.
I decided to give it a try because the video seems very interesting, and I think it might be a good way to get some exercise if you are a newbie to stretching and have no idea what you are doing. After watching the video I found that I really could do it, and I can say I do it a lot. I dont think I would have even tried it if I had known it existed.

I am definitely not an expert on this matter, but I can tell you that this is probably one of the best stretches that I have ever tried in my life. I have tried every yoga stretch I can think of, and I can say that this is one of the best, especially the “forward fold” stretch. It’s really just a stretch in the forward position that you can do with your legs straight out in front of you.
