The state of Illinois is in the throes of a public relations battle. Grainger County is now claiming that they are the first county in the nation to ban leaded gasoline in all its forms.
The fact of the matter is that Grainger County is a small rural (and somewhat conservative) county, and it does not have the resources to go after every car that comes from out of town. The residents of Grainger County are generally well-educated and they have a vested interest in the health of their community. They also have a vested interest in banning leaded gasoline, and so the health department is going to go ahead and do their damnedest to make that happen.
It turns out that Grainger County does have the resources to go after leaded gasoline use, and to do that they’re going to hire a small army of professional detectives to go after every single car that comes from out of town. The detectives go out and find out which vehicles have leaded gasoline in them, and they then make sure that they are banned from using that gas.
I was told by a friend that Grainger County does not have the resources to go after the leaded gas vehicles, and in fact, they probably don’t even have the resources to go after the cars that aren’t leaded gas vehicles. All the detectives have to do then is take all the cars that have leaded gas in them (and get them in the hospital) and then put them on a list to be banned.
Leaded gas vehicles can be a lethal combination, and a good way to end up in the hospital is if a person is in a car that isnt leaded gas. Leaded gas vehicles are the sort of thing that can kill you, but there are ways to prevent that from happening. Grainger County is very strict about leaded gas vehicles, and they have one of the highest rates of leaded gas vehicles in the state.
Leaded gas vehicles are typically found in places where there is a very low level of lead in the soil, like grainger county. However, as the leaded gas vehicle is a gas-powered vehicle that uses gas to run, it is not a car. This means that it is not subject to the lead limits in the leaded gas vehicle law.
Leaded gas vehicles are not cars… they’re gas trucks. That’s why they use gas instead of oil.
The leaded gas vehicle rules are the only ones that actually apply to gas trucks. In other words, gas trucks use gas to run. But the leaded gas vehicle law is about cars that use oil, and cars that use gas. The leaded gas vehicle law does not apply to gas trucks. In fact, it is probably not even applied to gas trucks. Thats because leaded gas vehicles are not cars. Theyre trucks.
The leaded gas vehicle law has been around since 2008. The last time they were actually enforced was in 2009. A gas truck is a vehicle like a car, but with a tank, some power, and no windows. A car is a vehicle like a car, but with a gas tank, some power, and windows. A gas truck is a gas truck. Theyre not cars.
You might be surprised to hear this, but many people do not realize that gas trucks can be made to look like cars. They can be. It is technically possible to make a gas truck look like a car, though it can take a lot of work and money to do so. I know, because I tried it. The problem is that it is illegal.
