I love these boxes, and I always have. They are a Halloween staple in my kitchen, and I use them for all kinds of holiday parties and events. They are so easy to make, and the colors are so fun. Plus, they make a great addition to any kitchen, especially if you add a couple extra toppers for those fancy holidays.
I can’t really figure out how it is that we all have these boxes. They’re like a time machine. We get used to them over the years, but then, we forget about them. I’m pretty sure that most of us are actually using them for something other than Halloween.
There is a story behind the boxes. A few decades ago, a local hardware store called Hallmark Hardware decided to replace the old Christmas boxes with a Christmas themed version. They called up a local retailer to get them a few more boxes, and then began stuffing them full of the same things they were going to get rid of. It didn’t take them long to realize that the boxes were an opportunity to get a few extra Christmas extras for the home.
That’s the story behind the Hallmark Hardware box the local retailer used to get the “extra” boxes from. The store in question was named after the company, so the Hallmark Hardware box was a nod to the company itself. They wanted to give the “extra” boxes for the residents of the area, but the store couldn’t do that. The owner decided that this was a good opportunity to make some extra money with the boxes.
The story behind the Hallmark hardware box is that the company was in the midst of doing a big deal with the state of Georgia to give all of their employees a bonus. This meant they needed to come up with a few extra boxes to pay their employees. The manager of the store went to the local Hallmark store and asked if they could get the extra boxes for the employees. This was a stroke of genius because it allowed them to make a profit off the boxes.
At this point Hallmark is using the boxes to make money, but they’ve run into some complications. The boxes are basically a lot of plastic boxes with all the hallmarks and the company logo on them. They’ve already found an angle to make the boxes seem like they’re from Hallmark’s, but they need to get the boxes past the state’s inspection process first to get them into the store’s hands.
So in the new video it shows that a lot of the boxes had hallmarks and the company logo on them, which means that the hallmarks and logo are probably from the company itself. This is a problem because the hallmarks and logo are trademarked by Hallmarks, meaning that the state could take any of the hallmarks out of any box it wanted and make it look like Hallmarks was using the hallmarks.
If this is the case, then it will be pretty easy to get a judge to get these hallmarks dropped.
A state can’t just get a trademarked logo removed, but it can get a trademarked logo removed by the company they actually paid for the logo. This is often done in the case of a company that uses several logo’s on products. A company that made an entire product, then wanted to use the company logo for every box in the line. This is a pretty common case, which is why it is a lot less common in the case of Hallmarks.
Hallmark has a number of lines of trademark protection which they are applying to their logo.
