I’ve been eating a lot of fruits lately, and I love them. So much that I’ve been looking for ways to incorporate them into smoothies and other dishes. The idea of trying to incorporate fruits into salads is a new one to me. One of my favorites is the island fruits, which are high in fiber and offer excellent antioxidants and anti-inflammatory benefits. The first time I made this, I was hooked.
I can’t say I’ve had them myself yet, but my friend who is an avid fruit eater told me about this new, high fiber smoothie she made. The smoothie is made with bananas, blueberries, and strawberries. The strawberries are used to make a fruity syrup, and the banana and blueberries are used to make a fruit smoothie. The smoothie is made with the bananas, the blueberries, and the strawberries.
I think the best way to describe this smoothie is like a cross between smoothie and an energy drink. It has a ton of fiber, low calorie, and antioxidants that are great for your body. It also has potassium, protein, and vitamin A. All of which are great for your body.
