I have eaten Tex-Mex all my life, but this article from the Huffington Post really explains it all. It’s pretty much the same story that you’ll hear about every Tex-Mex restaurant as long as you don’t go after the onion rings. As long as you’re willing to put in the work, you can make it a great place to eat a tex-mex meal.
I have eaten Tex-Mex all my life, but I have yet to find a Tex-Mex restaurant that even comes close to my opinion of it. I would say that the only other Tex-Mex place that I found that was worth my time was the Mexican restaurant down the street from my house. I have to say that I found the food in there to be pretty good and I like the food there.
I have had to work a lot for that opinion. I have to admit that I have become rather enamored with the Tex-Mex menu of that restaurant and every other Tex-Mex place I’ve been. I’ve even been to the Tex-Mex restaurant in my neighborhood (which is also near my house) and I have to say that it’s a little bit better than the restaurant I ate at earlier this week.
