A neon pastel is a really popular color and one of my personal favorites. The color is so bright you need to wear a light-weight dress or sweater to hide it. I think neon pastels are a trend due to a recent increase in the number of neon signs and advertisements.
Well, it’s not just neon signs and advertisements. I saw this neon pastel in my local mall a few weeks ago. I was wearing a pink top and black skirt when I ran into a store window that had neon pink, neon purple, neon blue, and neon orange neon pastels. I couldn’t believe that I just got a neon pastel when I bought this top and skirt.
Neon pastels are all the rage these days. You can go to the store and get a neon pastel, then put that same neon pastel in your bag. It doesn’t get any better than that. So what makes this so special? Well, the truth is, neon pastels have been around for decades. You can even buy them from any hardware store, department store, or even a pharmacy. They are a staple in practically every girl’s closet these days.

The best way to use neon pastels is to get really close to the color you want to highlight. It’s easier to do this when the color is something you like or just comfortable with.
