It is absolutely true that Visionaries tend to make people into little sad sacks of who-knows-what, and it is also true that most people have no idea what it is that they are doing to themselves. The idea is to encourage us to be aware of these things and have the same mindset that we use when we take a class on self-awareness. In the class, we took a lot of self-awareness questions that people had been wondering about.
The idea here is to remind us that we are not in this alone. We are part of a community of people and it will help us to remember that no matter what we are doing, we are not alone and there is always hope. That we can always be better.
In the same vein, it is interesting to me to hear that the game is set in the future, that it’s a time-looping stealth game, that it’s about time-looping games, that it’s based on a series of short stories that people have been reading and are now playing, and I guess most importantly, that it’s being made because the developers wanted to create a game that you could play with your friends and not get bored.
That is certainly one of the reasons why we played Deathloop. We did, however, have a few problems with some of the mechanics. One of them was that you had to have a certain amount of money. In addition to the eight Visionaries, Deathloop also has a few guards, a large prison, a few more Visionaries, and an elite special forces team. Each of these have a limit on how much money they can spend on each specific mission.
The two problems that we had were that you couldn’t just punch someone and have them die instantly, and that each mission you had to be paid for. If you were able to punch someone, you were then basically taking that money and going back to your next mission. This is a pretty common problem with games that allow people to punch other people, and it’s really annoying.
