why use many word when few word do trick

What is the difference between a web and an internet?

A web is something we use to catch spiders in, while an internet is something you use to find information. The word “web” has been around for much longer than the word “internet.” It was first used in 1890, while the term “internet,” on the other hand, didn’t come into popular usage until 1993.

The word “web” is a noun, and the term “internet” is an adjective. So if you are referring to something that has webbing (the material spiders use to make their webs), then it’s called a spider’s web. But generally people will say they surfed the internet or went online when describing how they used some sort of communications technology like email or social media.

What happens when we get caught in our own trap?

We have been tricked by clever words! That feeling can be very satisfying because words control us so easily  even though we know what’s happening behind the scenes.

Many people have trouble with words. It’s just the way it is. But there are some really simple word tricks that can help you out in a pinch!

Here are five of those:

Instead of “The cat walked across the street and then ran into my house,” make that read, “Once I saw this cat cross an intersection on its own accord.” This phrasing communicates what happened more succinctly than using three times as many words to say something similar to the same thing.

Use pronouns instead of names or titles when possible instead of saying, “I am so proud of myself for completing all these tasks today,” try describing your accomplishments by referring back to yourself in general terms like, “I feel really great because of all the things I accomplished today.” If you’re short on time, don’t use “that,” which is a word that often isn’t necessary to complete your sentence.

For instance: “I need this shirt washed before tomorrow morning so it’s ready for me to wear when I go out.” You could shorten and clarify what you mean by writing, “I need this shirt washed before tomorrow morning or else I won’t have anything clean to wear when I go out.” When speaking with people in person and via phone, try using lots of gestures like pointing at objects around the room or gesturing towards yourself.
