Find out what motivates individual employees by asking them how their work day is going at different points of the week/month. The best time for this is usually after lunch when people are feeling tired but still want to contribute to the team. When you find a solution that helps, share it with your teammates! This way they can be motivated and know that management cares about them as an individual on our team not just someone who does work in exchange for money.
