One of the cool things about the 2014 Acura TL3.5 is the fact that the 2014 Acura TL3.5 features the latest version of the Acura Technology Package including a new 7-inch touchscreen display, LED headlights, and a new infotainment system called the Acura Touch.
It’s nice to know that a company is finally adding technology to its cars, but it’s still nice to know that the 2014 Acura TL3.5 is capable of using this technology, too. When this car was first released, Acura had to release an update to the Infotainment system that enabled it to work with the 7-inch touchscreen. So when you take the 2014 TL3.
If you want to access a touchscreen, which is probably a good idea on a car that can do so, you have to do so while the car is in drive. The Acura TL3.5 actually has a built-in navigation system, which you can program to make it work with the touch screen. In the video below, the guy who’s driving the Acura TL3.5 talks about how the navigation system works. And it does.
It turns out that the touch screen works just fine with the 2014 TL3.5 touchscreen. It’s kind of a bummer because it’s not all that convenient to have to pull out the touch screen every time you want to use it. But I still find it interesting because the navigation system has to be calibrated and the map displayed while in drive mode has to be re-calibrated every so often. And the system just needs to be turned on and off.
The navigation system in the 2014 TL3.5 is really cool and one of the reasons I bought this car. Unfortunately, the system isn’t the greatest. It’s slow, it has too many options, and it doesn’t recognize the new touch screen, so if you want to use the navigation system, you have to use your phone for navigation.
There is a list of issues. One is that the system doesn’t like the new touch screen, so you have to use your phone for navigation. However, you can get around this by installing an app called NavLink. A friend of ours told us that he did, and the app will just ask you to “Open the app.” You then need to input your location using your phone and the app will take care of the rest.
We had a friend who said he has a problem with the navigation system so he has to use the phone for navigation. This was an issue for him because it was very difficult to use the phone to navigate. It was also very frustrating. If you go to your navLink app, there’s a field where you have to input the location of your car.
Not really a navigation system issue, but the navigation stuff is very easy to use. So long as you use your phone for navigation and don’t have a problem using your phone to navigate, this app is not bad for you.
If you are an iPhone owner, you might find some of the navigation features too confusing and unintuitive. But for those of us without the iPhone, this app was super easy to use.
The app was not available for iOS 10, so we’re going to see how well it works with older devices. If you’re looking for a navigation app, this package is for you.
